How to combine a beach ceremony with a reception at a stone-building estate!
Natalie & Luke’s wedding combined both perfectly!
For the ceremony, we chose a huge sand beach just a few minutes away from Chania city. The sunset from there was breathtaking. If you are looking for the perfect spot for your beach wedding photos, this spot is for you.
Our bride had chosen a huge arch for the ceremony full of pampas grass and greenery. The long aisle was in the same style with gold grass and green touches. The wooden chairs were exactly what this decoration were needing to make the beach ceremony super stylish.
At the end of the ceremony, there was a lemonade bar with cool water and sparkling wine for the guests. The cocktail party became even better when the live music started with the two talented musicians playing bouzouki.
The reception was just a dream!
The wedding venue was an old historical estate
The venue was decorated with beautiful white flowers. Hundreds of fairy lights were being hanged all over the venue. Lighting makes always weddings look so cozy.
The Big Entrance was like a big party because of the loud music and the amazing fireworks.
A moment that we really loved as wedding planners, was the moment of the cutting of the cake. When the guests were arriving at the wedding venue found some sparklers for each one and matches. We also printed some stickers that say that these sparklers are for the cutting of the cake moment. We love this idea, as it is a nice way to create romantic atmosphere for wedding photos!
Of course, an open bar full of nice drinks and cocktails and some nice music made this wedding party dreamy!
